How long does the shipping take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders processing.

What’s your return policy?

30 day return policy, you must ship it back to us and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one.

I received the wrong size, what do I do?

Ship it back to us, send us the tracking information, once the tracking updates we will send you a new one.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel within 12 hours of your order being placed email us the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it. If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then ship it back to us. Once it is shipped back to us we will refund you.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If the product is damaged, you should report the damage to us within 30 days after ordering.

In this case, you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

We ask you to report the damage within 24 hours after delivery of your order.

Otherwise, we will not be able to consider the claim.

When will my tracking be updated?

Tracking can take up to 6 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.
